AU的公寓

Augustana University offers a number of furnished apartment buildings located on the perimeter of campus. Students must be entering at least their third year of college and a full-time student (registered for a minimum of 12 credits) to be eligible to live in a campus apartment.

  • Apartment living offers students the opportunity for an off-campus feel with on-campus connection.
  • Students are able to experience autonomy, while still maintaining convenient access to campus events, student activities and organizations, as well as facilities like the Morrison Commons and Elmen Center.

Charles Balcer, Bill Nelsen & Lloyd Svendsbye 公寓

Balcer, Nelsen and Svendsbye 公寓, located on Summit Avenue across from the Froiland Science Complex, feature 4-bedroom apartments, as well as several 2-bedroom units in Svendsbye.

  • 双人床, 壁橱, 梳妆台, desks and desk chairs in each room, 还有沙发, coffee and/or end tables, barstools (except in 2-bedroom), as well as 一个厨房 table and chair set are provided. Each apartment kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove and microwave.
  • Amenities include on-site laundry facilities, central air conditioning and heating, 一个厨房, bathroom and student stor年龄 units.
  • Students provide their own kitchen, cleaning and bathroom supplies.

Schoeneman 公寓

Schoeneman 公寓 are 3-bedroom units, housing 3-4 students in each apartment. Schoeneman also has a 1-bedroom unit.

  • 双人床, 梳妆台, desks and desk chairs in each room, 还有沙发, coffee and/or end tables, as well as 一个厨房 table and chair set are provided. Each apartment kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher.
  • Amenities include 无线网络, on-site laundry facilities, a gar年龄 (one stall for each apartment) and private off-street parking.
  • Students provide their own kitchen, cleaning and bathroom supplies.

These apartments are located at 1411-1419 W. 第33圣., just west of the Elmen Center.

Costello Hall 公寓

Costello Hall 公寓 support adult learners, married students and students with children in 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. Students must be enrolled full time and must reside together with their spouse and/or child. Pets are not permitted.

  • 双人床, 梳妆台, desks and desk chairs in each room, 还有沙发, coffee and/or end tables, as well as 一个厨房 table and chair set are provided. Each apartment kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator and stove.
  • Amenities include air conditioning, 无线网络, 壁橱空间, laundry facilities on every floor and permit parking.
  • Students provide their own kitchen, cleaning and bathroom supplies.
  • Rent includes internet connectivity, electricity, heat, water, and trash/recycling pickup. Cable television is available for an additional cost.

These apartments are located at the corner of 第33圣reet and Grange Avenue.

非盟主题屋

The Augustana University theme houses are reserved for third-year students and above with a strong desire to eng年龄 in service-learning projects. 

  • Theme houses are designed for students looking to experience more independence in their living situation and focus more deeply on their passion for service, activism and outreach. 
  • 每年, interested students apply in groups of 2–15 students, creating a proposal that speaks to what their group would like to accomplish by living together in a community for the year. The proposal includes their theme and describes how the group will live out that theme, as well as a plan for service projects and what the group will gain from living together.
