Augustana University Outcomes

When Augustana University graduates prepare to launch their careers and serve their communities, they lead with confidence, compassion and commitment to excellence. Their combination of critical thinking, communication and cultural competencies position them for success.

The Outcomes Report, published by the Augustana Student Success Center, celebrates graduates who secured employment, enrolled in continuing education and eng年龄d in meaningful service.

The 2023 Outcomes Report by Augustana shows that 98% of 2023 graduates — who completed degrees in August, December and May of Academic Year 2022-23 — achieved a positive career outcome. Many of these graduates chose to continue their education with 30% enrolled in graduate school or professional programs.

Members of the Class of 2023 were hired by 113 unique organizations. The top employers included:

Upon graduation, Class of 2023 alumni reported working in 19 states, as well as in Guatemala. South Dakota retained 58% of Augustana's full-time graduates, including 56% working in the 苏福尔斯 area.

The mean salary for undergraduate students who were working full time in the Class of 2023 was $54,823, with a median salary of $55,310.
